Nova Odette
Nova Odette is a poet and visual artist born and raised in LA. She gets inspiration for her work from surrealist short stories, medical mysteries and antique baby dolls. She creates worlds in her pieces that are both foreign but familiar, touching on the surrealness of childhood and the things that seem to represent that time for many like fairy tails or teddy bears. She uses both her poetry and mixed media sculptures to invite the viewers and reader into the fantasy realm in which her pieces exist in, a world that happily accepts all and forgets none.
